* Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.

* Include and optimize all content for SEO. 
* Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone across all channels. 
* Review and implement best writing practices and content strategies to drive excellence. 
* Collaborate with teams from product development, research and strategy and sales to translate technical content into digestible reader-friendly materials.


B2B Thai Content Writer (Fintech & SaaS) 

* Answering phones/ Chats from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
* Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
* Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
* Following up complicated customer calls where required.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
* Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
* Other duties as assigned.
