What is DeeNext?

DeeNext is a new money transfer service offered by DeeMoney with a guarantee that your money will reach the recipient's account within the next working day following the transaction date.

How can I use DeeNext?

DeeMoney money transfer service is available to all registered customers 24/7 through the DeeMoney app (available on iOS & Android), and during working hours at branches.

The DeeNext service is automatically available to all DeeMoney customers for transactions made via the DeeMoney App or from branches in over 48 countries listed below. Any transfers made to these countries will be credited within the next working day without the need for any further registration.

What Does “Next Working” Day Mean?

DeeNext ensures that the transaction will be credited into the recipient's account within the next working day (as per receive country timezone) provided the transfer is conducted and paid by 4 P.M. Thailand time from Monday - Friday (Excluding public holidays).

If your transaction was processed by DeeMoney before 4 PM on a working day in Thailand (excluding weekends and national holidays), your receiver's account will be credited on the next working day as guaranteed by the DeeNext service.

Example

You have made a transaction to India on Monday at 3PM using DeeNext. The Recipient will receive the funds on Tuesday in India provided that it’s not a public holiday

Example

You have transferred to the US on Sunday at 2 PM in Thailand; the transaction will be processed the next working day in Thailand, in this case, Monday. With DeeNext service level guarantee, the funds will then be credited to the receiver in the US on Tuesday, as per the US time zone.

What is the fee?

The service charge for DeeNext is a flat rate of 125 THB (excluding VAT), with minimum amounts of 1,000 THB transferred, no hidden costs, and no deductions. This means that the funds will be received in full.

What if it is delayed?

DeeNext has been through countless tests, and we are confident that delays are extremely unlikely to happen. However, despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances can arise. As such, if the transactions was not received within the guaranteed time given, DeeMoney will waive off the transaction fee for your next transaction, provided none of the exceptions (mentioned below) are applicable.

The Service Level Agreements listed above this section DO NOT apply in the following cases:

  • If your transaction is held by compliance on either sender or receiver party and face delays requiring further investigations or documentations to support the transaction details. You will be contacted in case of this exception.
  • Wrong or Inactive Bank accounts are not eligible to receive funds.
  • Technical / Network related issues at Send or Receive side.
