DeeMoney Run & Earn 2026

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are issued by Sawasdee Shop Co., Ltd., operating under the trade name “DEEMONEY” (“Company” or “DeeMoney”), a company incorporated under the laws of Thailand and licensed by the Bank of Thailand to provide money transfer services.

1. Campaign Period

The DeeMoney Run & Earn 2026 Campaign ("Campaign") will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless otherwise extended, modified, suspended, or terminated by DeeMoney.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must hold a valid and active DeeMoney account.

2.2 Participants must use their registered DeeMoney mobile number when submitting activities.

2.3 DeeMoney employees, contractors, and affiliated personnel may be excluded from participation at DeeMoney's discretion.

3. Participation Requirements

3.1 Participants must complete a walking or running activity and submit proof of completion on the same calendar day.

3.2 Activities must be recorded through a fitness or health tracking application, including but not limited to:

• Apple Health

• Samsung Health

• Google Fit

• Strava

• Coros

• Xiaomi Health

• Other recognized health and fitness applications available on mobile devices, as accepted at DeeMoney’s sole discretion

3.3 Submitted screenshots must clearly display:

• Activity date

• Distance and/or step count

• Application interface

• Any other information reasonably required for verification

4. Daily Reward Tiers

Participants may redeem one (1) reward per day based on the highest activity level achieved:

* The Free Transfer reward is valid for one (1) outward remittance transaction via the DeeMoney application, subject to DeeMoney’s standard transaction limits, applicable destination countries, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Free Transfer reward cannot be applied to transactions that are otherwise ineligible under DeeMoney’s applicable terms of service.

5. Social Sharing Bonus

5.1 Participants who:

• Share the DeeMoney Run & Earn 2026 campaign post; or

• Share their walking or running activity related to the Campaign

on Facebook or Instagram and include both hashtags:

#DeeMoney

#DeeMoneyRunAndEarn2026

will receive one (1) 10% Fee Discount Code.

5.2 The social sharing bonus is limited to one (1) reward per participant per day.

5.3 Proof of social media posting must be submitted together with the activity submission via the DeeMoney LINE Official Account (@deemoney) or DeeMoney Facebook Page.

6. Reward Redemption Rules

6.1 Activities must be completed and submitted on the same day.

6.2 Activities from previous days cannot be accumulated, carried forward, reused, or redeemed retrospectively.

6.3 Each participant may submit only one (1) activity per day.

6.4 Participants may redeem only one (1) activity reward tier per day.

6.5 If multiple reward tiers are achieved, only the highest tier shall be awarded.

6.6 Reward codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.7 Reward codes are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

6.8 Participants must contact DeeMoney through the official DeeMoney LINE account (@deemoney) or the DeeMoney Facebook page only to claim and receive rewards under this Campaign. Reward claims submitted through any other channels may not be accepted or processed.

7. Fraud Prevention and Verification

7.1 DeeMoney reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify any submission.

7.2 DeeMoney may reject any submission that:

• Appears altered, manipulated, or falsified

• Uses screenshots belonging to another individual

• Cannot be reasonably verified

• Violates these Terms and Conditions

• Is suspected of fraudulent activity

7.3 DeeMoney reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have engaged in fraud, abuse, or misconduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

DeeMoney shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues affecting participation

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or unsuccessful submissions

• System outages or third-party application errors

• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Campaign

9. Rights Reserved

DeeMoney reserves the right to:

• Modify campaign mechanics, rewards, or eligibility criteria

• Suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time

• Make final decisions regarding reward eligibility and campaign participation

All decisions made by DeeMoney shall be final and binding.

10. Personal Data Protection

10.1 By participating in this Campaign, participants acknowledge that DeeMoney will collect and process personal data (including mobile phone number, activity screenshots, and social media post evidence) solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility, processing reward redemptions, and administering the Campaign.

10.2 DeeMoney will handle all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and DeeMoney’s Privacy Policy, available at https://help.deemoney.com/terms-and-conditions-1/privacy-notice. Participants may exercise their data subject rights as described in the Privacy Policy.
