Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
1.1 This Promotion is valid from 2 September 2026 until 4 September 2026.
1.2 Eligible transactions must be initiated and payment must be successfully completed by 11:59 PM (Bangkok Time, GMT+7) on 4 September 2026.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Promotion is available to eligible DeeMoney customers who use the DeeMoney Application or Website to send money from Thailand to Vietnam during the Promotion Period.
3. Promotion Conditions
3.1 Customers must enter the promo code VNFREE before completing the transaction.
3.2 Eligible transactions completed during the Promotion Period with the promo code VNFREE will receive a 0 THB transfer fee.
3.3 This Promotion is not applicable to SWIFT USD transactions.
3.4 Usage Limitation
3.4.1 Customers may use the promo code VNFREE for an unlimited number of eligible transactions throughout the Promotion Period.
3.4.2 Only one promo code may be applied per transaction.
3.4.3 This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, promotional code, or special offer unless otherwise specified by DeeMoney.
4. Reservation of Rights
4.1 DeeMoney reserves the right to verify a customer's eligibility and the authenticity of any transaction. Any customer found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from the Promotion.
4.2 DeeMoney reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4.3 DeeMoney reserves the right to disqualify any customer if fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the Promotion is suspected.
4.4 DeeMoney shall not be responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected transactions, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in connection with this Promotion.
4.5 DeeMoney shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events, natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4.6 All transactions remain subject to DeeMoney's standard Terms and Conditions.
4.7 In the event of any dispute relating to this Promotion, DeeMoney's decision shall be final and binding.
4.8 The promotional benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
4.9 The promotional benefit is non-transferable.
5. Agreement
5.1 By participating in this Promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

6.1.1 Approximately 90% of eligible transactions are completed within minutes to 24 hours.
6.1.2 DeeMoney's enhanced transfer network helps ensure fast and reliable processing.
6.1.3 Transfer speed may vary depending on recipient bank processing, regulatory requirements, public holidays, or other external factors.
6.2 DeeSure – Security and Timely Delivery
6.2.1 Customer funds are safeguarded in segregated accounts in accordance with the Bank of Thailand's regulatory requirements.
6.2.2 If an eligible transfer is not completed within three (3) working days, the transferred amount will be automatically refunded.
6.2.3 "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in both Thailand and the recipient's destination country.
