DeeMoney “Refer & Earn” Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

The DeeMoney “Refer & Earn” program (“Program”) allows existing DeeMoney customers (“Referrers”) to invite new users (“Referees”) to register and complete their first money transfer transaction with DeeMoney. Upon successful completion, both Referrer and Referee will each receive a THB 500 e-voucher, subject to the conditions below. This promotion is valid from 11th November 2025 to 30th June 2026 or until terminated by DeeMoney, whichever comes first.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is open to individual customers who hold a verified DeeMoney account in good standing. 

2.2 Corporate or business accounts are not eligible. 

2.3 The Referee must be a new customer who has never previously registered or transacted with DeeMoney. 

2.4 The Program is available only within Thailand and governed by Thai law.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Each Referrer will receive a unique referral code or link, which can be shared with friends or family. 

3.2 The Referee must register using the Referrer’s unique code during signup. 

3.3 The Referee must successfully complete their first money transfer transaction of minimum 1,000 THB within 30 days for both participants to qualify for the Reward. 

3.4 A “successful transaction” is one that has been fully processed and not cancelled, refunded, or reversed.

4. Reward Details

4.1 Upon verification of the Referee’s first successful transaction, both the Referrer and Referee will each receive a THB 500 e-voucher (“Reward”). 

4.2 The Reward will be sent to each eligible participant via their registered email address within 45 days of the qualifying transaction.

 4.3 Each e-voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. 

4.4 The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. 

4.5 No Reward will be issued for cancelled, refunded, or incomplete transactions.

4.6  A Referrer may earn Rewards for up to 20 successful referrals per calendar month. 

4.7 DeeMoney reserves the right to withhold or revoke Rewards if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious referral activity is detected.

5. Program Limitations

5.1 DeeMoney may, at its sole discretion, limit the number of Rewards any individual Referrer may receive. 

5.2 DeeMoney reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. 

5.3 DeeMoney’s decision on all matters relating to this Program shall be final and binding.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

6.1 By participating, both Referrer and Referee consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and in accordance with DeeMoney’s Privacy Policy. 

6.2 Personal data will be used solely for verifying eligibility, reward issuance, and program administration.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 DeeMoney is not responsible for any technical, network, or system failures affecting participation or reward delivery. 

7.2 DeeMoney and E-Voucher are separate entities; DeeMoney is not responsible for the E-Voucher platform, redemption process, or any subsequent service issues once the voucher has been issued.

8. Governing Law

This Program is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Steps to Join the “Refer & Earn” Program

Step 1: Update Your DeeMoney App to the Latest Version

  • Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “DeeMoney.”

  • Tap Update (if it shows “Open,” your app is already up to date).

  • Reopen the app to ensure the “Refer & Earn” feature is displayed properly.

  • "Refer and earn" is under the "more" options button



Step 2: Access “Refer & Earn” to Get Your Referral Code

  • Open the DeeMoney app and log in to your account.

  • Navigate to the Refer & Earn menu.

  • Copy your unique referral code or referral link displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Share Your Code or Link with New Users

  • Share your referral link or code with friends who haven’t used DeeMoney before.

  • You can share via LINE, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or your social media channels.

  • Ask your friends to sign up for DeeMoney using your referral link or by entering your code when prompted.

Step 4: Your Friend Signs Up and Completes Their First Transaction Within 30 Days

  • The person you refer must be a new user (never registered with DeeMoney before).

  • They must complete their first money transfer within 30 days from the date of sign-up.

  • Transactions must meet all program conditions and must not involve fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Step 5: Receive Your ฿500 e-Voucher Reward (Each)

  • Once the system confirms that your referred friend has successfully completed their first transaction, both of you will receive a ฿500 e-voucher.

  • The delivery method and timeline of the e-voucher (e.g., email or in-app message) will follow the company’s official schedule.

Step 6: Continue Earning Every Month

  • You can earn rewards for up to 20 successful referrals per month.

  • When you reach the monthly limit, the count resets at the start of the next calendar month.
