Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

1.1 This Promotion is effective from the campaign launch date until further notice.

1.2 DeeMoney reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be communicated through DeeMoney’s official channels where required.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Promotion is available to eligible DeeMoney customers who send money from Thailand to China through the DeeMoney Application or Website.

2.2 To qualify for the Promotion, customers must select UnionPay as the recipient’s receiving method.

2.3 Transfers made through other receiving methods or payment channels are not eligible for this Promotion.

3. Promotion Benefit

3.1 Eligible transactions will receive a 100% waiver of the DeeMoney transfer fee, resulting in a transfer fee of 0 THB.

3.2 No promotional code is required to receive the benefit.

3.3 The Promotion applies only to DeeMoney’s transfer fee. Other charges, fees, taxes, or deductions imposed by recipient banks, payment networks, intermediary institutions, or other third parties, if any, are not covered by this Promotion.

4. Transaction Requirements

4.1 Transactions must be successfully initiated and completed in accordance with DeeMoney’s applicable transaction requirements.

4.2 All transfers remain subject to DeeMoney’s transaction limits, compliance requirements, customer verification procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

4.3 Transactions that are cancelled, rejected, reversed, refunded, incomplete, or otherwise unsuccessful will not be considered eligible transactions under this Promotion.

5. Exchange Rates

5.1 The applicable exchange rate will be the rate displayed on the DeeMoney Application or Website at the time the customer confirms the transaction.

5.2 Exchange rates may fluctuate and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. General Conditions

6.1 This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

6.2 DeeMoney reserves the right to reject or revoke the promotional benefit in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, or transactions that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 DeeMoney reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or the Promotion mechanics as necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6.4 In the event of any dispute relating to this Promotion, DeeMoney’s decision shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all recipient information, including UnionPay-related information, is accurate and complete before confirming a transaction.

6.6 DeeMoney’s standard terms of service, transaction conditions, and applicable policies continue to apply to all transactions made under this Promotion.
