DeeMoney Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

1.1 This promotion is valid from 15 July 2026 to 31 December 2026.

1.2 Eligible transactions must be initiated, paid, and successfully completed by 11:59 PM (Bangkok Time, GMT+7) on 31 December 2026.



2. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is available to customers who use the DeeMoney Application or Website to send money from Thailand during the promotion period.

2.2 All payout destinations are eligible, including SWIFT USD transactions.



3. Promotion Conditions

3.1 Customers must enter the promo code DEEPHL when completing each transaction.

3.2 Only transactions that successfully apply promo code DEEPHL will be counted toward the campaign.

3.3 Transactions completed without promo code DEEPHL will not be included in the cumulative transfer amount, regardless of the transfer value.

3.4 There is no minimum transfer amount.

3.5 There is no limit on the number of eligible transactions during the campaign period.

3.6 Only successful and completed transactions made during the campaign period will be included in the cumulative transfer amount. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, duplicate, failed, or rejected transactions will not be counted.

3.7 At the end of the campaign period, the Top five (5) customers with the highest cumulative eligible transfer amount will each receive one (1) Philippine Airlines Economy Class Round-Trip Travel Certificate.

3.8 In the event of a tie in cumulative transfer amount, DeeMoney reserves the right to determine the winner based on the earliest eligible transaction reaching the tied cumulative amount.



4. Winner Announcement

4.1 DeeMoney will announce the five (5) winners by 11 January 2027 through its official communication channels.

4.2 DeeMoney will contact each winner using the mobile number and/or email address registered with the winner's DeeMoney account.

4.3 Winners must respond and provide the requested information within the timeframe specified by DeeMoney. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and DeeMoney reserves the right to select the next eligible customer.

4.4 Upon successful verification, DeeMoney will submit the winner's details to Philippine Airlines for prize fulfillment.



5. Reservation of Rights

5.1 DeeMoney reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility and the authenticity of all transactions.

5.2 DeeMoney reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 DeeMoney reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or revise these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

5.4 DeeMoney shall not be responsible for any technical failures, banking delays, system interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5.5 All transactions remain subject to DeeMoney's standard Terms and Conditions.

5.6 DeeMoney's decision regarding all matters relating to this promotion shall be final.



6. Agreement

6.1 By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and DeeMoney's standard Terms and Conditions.



Philippine Airlines Prize Terms & Conditions

1. Prize Details

1.1 Each winner will receive one (1) Philippine Airlines Economy Class Round-Trip Travel Certificate.

1.2 Each winner may choose one (1) of the following prize options:

  • One (1) Philippine Airlines International Round-Trip Ticket between Thailand and the Philippines; or

  • One (1) Philippine Airlines Domestic Round-Trip Ticket within the Philippines.

All tickets are subject to Philippine Airlines' route availability, booking policies, fare rules, and applicable ticket conditions.



2. Travel Validity

2.1 DeeMoney will announce the winners by 11 January 2027.

2.2 Winners must complete all travel on or before 14 July 2027.

2.3 Extension of the travel validity period will not be permitted.



3. Booking Conditions

3.1 Booking confirmation is subject to seat availability.

3.2 Flight reservations are subject to Philippine Airlines' booking policies and designated blackout periods.

3.3 Winners are responsible for arranging their travel within the ticket validity period.



4. Taxes, Fees & Passenger Responsibilities

4.1 Winners are responsible for all applicable airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, service fees, and any other applicable charges associated with the selected itinerary.

4.2 The amount payable will vary depending on the selected route and applicable airport and government charges.

4.3 Winners are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any other entry requirements required for travel.



5. Ticket Restrictions

5.1 The Travel Certificate is non-transferable.

5.2 The ticket is non-reroutable.

5.3 The ticket is non-endorsable.

5.4 The ticket is non-upgradable.

5.5 The Travel Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and is not for sale.

5.6 Extension of the ticket validity period is not permitted.

5.7 A non-revenue ticket will be issued. Philippine Airlines reserves the right to prioritize revenue passengers and passengers with higher travel priority.

5.8 Philippine Airlines shall not be responsible for replacing any lost, stolen, damaged, torn, or defaced Travel Certificate resulting from the winner's negligence.



6. Route Restrictions

6.1 Domestic Travel Certificates are not valid for travel to:

  • Batanes

  • Busuanga

  • Caticlan

6.2 Travel Certificates are not applicable to:

  • Korea routes

  • Philippine Airlines PR codeshare flights

6.3 Travel Certificates are not valid during Philippine Airlines' designated blackout periods.



7. Additional Airline Conditions

7.1 Tickets issued under this promotion are not eligible for mileage accrual.

7.2 Lounge access operated by airlines other than Philippine Airlines is not included.

7.3 Philippine Airlines' General Conditions of Carriage, Disclaimer, Data Privacy & Security Policy, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations shall apply to all tickets issued under this promotion.



8. Prize Redemption

8.1 Following the winner announcement, DeeMoney will contact each winner to verify their eligibility and collect the information required for ticket issuance.

8.2 Once verification has been completed, DeeMoney will submit the winner's information to Philippine Airlines for processing.

8.3 Ticket issuance, reservation, and redemption shall be processed in accordance with Philippine Airlines' policies and procedures.
